Today’s lunch was super quick — eaten during the 15 minute minute window from the time I get home from work, until I leave for the animal shelter. It was comforting, but nothing special.It was a seitan and white bean chili, made in the crockpot earlier this week. I thought it was fairly good, but Brent did not think it was a make again.
