We finally had our fish tacos last night. They were super simple and surprisingly flavorful. I used Ellie Krieger’s recipe, and just added some red onion to the cabbage mix. The chipotle cream was very good, and the fish was super simple, and I had all the ingredients in the house.
These were quick, easy and inexpensive, so I’m sure we’ll be having them again. We found very good use for the leftovers too. We just mixed the chipotle cream with the cabbage, onion, corn and cilantro and it made a really delicious coleslaw!
